In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), this Privacy Policy has been prepared to inform the relevant individuals about the personal data processed by Erakın Law and Mediation Office as a data controller.

Our office processes your personal data, consisting of your name, surname (identity), emailaddress (communication), andtelephonenumber (communication), ifyoucontact us throughthecontact form in theContactsection of the www.erakinhukuk.com website. Ourofficecollectsthispersonal data directlyfromyou, in accordancewiththepersonal data processingconditionsspecified in the Lawandthebelowmentionedlegal grounds set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of theLaw.

Personal data mayonly be transferredabroadiftheoffice'semailserversareforeign-sourced. Currently, theoffice'semailserversarelocated in Türkiye, sothere is nopersonal data that is transferredabroad.
5. Personal Data RetentionPeriods
Your personal data is collected by our office through different channels and on the basis of different legal grounds. These data are stored in physical and/or electronic media for the periods foreseen in the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing, in accordance with the Law. 6. Personal Data OwnerRightsunderArticle 11 of the Law
As personal data owners, you can make the necessary changes, updates, and/or deletions, and related requests, via our official e-mail address info@erakinhukuk.com , in order to indicate your requests regarding your rights and to exercise your rights over your personal data. If you send us your requests using the methods specified, our office will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our office may charge the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, your rights as data subjects are listed below:
